Activity Compensation and Shirt Order Form

This is a powerpoint that we show all new band parents to introduce some of our operating procedures, it is very helpful and may answer a number of your questions. High School Band 101

You will need to fill out this form and return it to the red box in the band room or the Mrs. Cox as soon as possible. You no longer need to get this form noterized. Medical Form

This is the band handbook and bylaws. This is the most important collection of documents that the band has. It contains the bylaws, procedures and other information that we use to maintain a quality program. It will updated very soon. SSHS Band Handbook

It is very important that you fill this out and return as soon as possible so that we may be able to keep you informed of the latest information.
