SCHEDULES Virginia HS. Drumline Info. Volunteer Comp. I'll get an itenerary to you asap. It's difficult to make a schedule with others when they are not at school. Junior Band Clinic Friday we will leave school at 8:00am for registration. The students will be dismissed at 4:30pm. Please be ready to pick them up at Robinson Middle. Saturday morning the students should be there by 8:45am. We will go to lunch some where close and be back at Robinson by 1:20pm. Rehearsals end at 3:30pm and the school will be closed until the performances that afternoon. Please refer to the Schedule for Warm-up and performance times. Please don't forget to bring your folding music stand, mutes, pencils, valve oil and plenty of good reeds. Seymour Comp. (Guard) Itinerary (Will be here soon) DB Qualifier Junior and Senior Clinic Audition Times and Information Junior Clinic Audition Times and Information Auditions will be held at South Doyle HS. Directions to South Doyle from SSHS All students should be 45 minutes to an hour early to provide enough time to locate the practice area, audition areas and get warmed up. Don't warm up to much! Practice happens before you get there. Each student is responsible for getting to the audition on their own, transportation will not be provided. Good Luck! The 4th of July parade reporting time is at 8:45 am at the Renaissance Center. I will be at the band room at 8:00 to help carry tubas and percussion instruments to the location. The parade should end around 11:30 in front of the new War Memorial.
